Hi Mike here from Mike's Painting did three quaters of my apprenticeship in Melbourne under my brother 35 years ago and decided to finally finish it all with RPL at Nambour Tafe.Thanks to a dedicated instructor ( Craig Prout) I guess the worlds longest apprentice ship!!. All done now and have my QBCC licence and been busy on the Green Painters Accreditation course. Trying to make a living out of the brush. Testing the water for two years and building clientele slowly.It takes some time to cover all the angles with ABN's,Business registration, Contractors Licence,Web sites,Public Liability,Superanuation, Sickness/ accident policies, more advertising,tools and equipment,company logos work clothes,company car,accounting/book keeping systems. Gee Wizz I can not remember when I last had so much fun!!!
